Homeowners can login with their email address or the
new login username format of "First_Last" using their
First Name, an underscore character "_" (Shift + Dash)
and Last Name.
If your name was John Doe your new username
would be "John_Doe".
Some people have abbreviated First Names like "A.J.",
and these would be included in the First Name. So their
login would be like "A.J._Lastname".
People with a single quote or apostrophe in their names
(mostly Last Names) will need to omit the use of that in
their usernames. So if your name was Jason O'Steen, your
new login username would be "Jason_OSteen".
If an email is not associated with your account, or
you can not login using your new username in the format
mentioned above, you will need to
contact us.
